Driver solutions is, essentially, in the business of placing new drivers with training and trucking companies with new drivers. When I dealt with them in 2002, the training was actually done by C1 (which I think is a different wing of the same company.) C1 is certainly a CDL mill, but not the worst CDL mill on the map. Have they placed you with a company yet? When I went through they were working with PAM, USA Truck and Star (out of IL) with a majority of the students going to PAM.

 

I just started at one of their c1 schools yesterday, am going to Averitt when finished, it seems like an ok place, as far as that goes. We go to get our permits tomorrow, by the way.
