does anybody have any info on averitt express? how the company is and thier benefits and miles and how they treat thier drivers? Please let me know. thanks to all

I drive for them now.. first thing I started with them back in Oct and just got out of training few weeks ago and this is my 3rd week solo. And right now with the holidays I am not running many miles. Last week was over 2100 and this week don't know yet but you do get paid for Christmas and the day after Christmas. The benefits for me will kick in January but it doesn't cost much for the benefits which is good and I have been home every weekend getting in Friday and leaving out on Monday. But Freight I have heard is slow and hoping it will pickup. So far I like it but have to wait it out to see if the $$$ is there.

I got a couple questions about Averitt?

1. I know they're irregular route, but do run from terminal to Terminal or do they go to external shippers/receivers?

2. Where do Averitt drivers sleep? I ask because I never see any at the truckstops.

Sleep at truckstops and/or terminals... depending how far you are from a service center
