Sorry, if i dont really believe your story. Ive heard it too many times. If the story is true, you should or should have pressed charges. Giving someone drugs without their knowledge is a major felony. I find it hard to believe that someone would have your situation and not press charges. You know if those people were convicted for that, you might have a good chance of getting your dac cleared and getting a good job.

Nice christmas colors I still can't read about this drug related stuff without the phrase "drug crazed negro" replaying in my head. I mean, I've seen drivers on drugs, sometimes with terrible results. I've also seen management on drugs with retarded results.

As for pressing charges, you truly are an island, or strive to be. Kinda like Cuba maybe.

YES...he should have pressed charges. Hes out of a job and his career is ruined by a couple of his really cool stoner friends. Actually if they were really his friends, they would have turned themselves in.

Didn't the safety director for the company you work for tell you what you had to do as far as rehab? DAC is now USIS and you may want to get a copy of your record from them. Last I knew their web addy is usis.com and if you're unemployed, you get the record copy free. BOL

You knew damn well theres was weed in the brownies.

First, they are expenisve to make, they don't wanna hand em out.

2nd, a "friend" of mine says you'd have tasted it, based on my "friends" experience

If you ate 1 pot brownie, then it would have been out of your system a week and 1/2 later.

I am sad to tell you that cdl driving is over for you. Companies will not ask for explanations on why you failed a drug test. Once they see failed drug test they are going to disqualify you. Good luck in the future.

I used to work for a paving company. We had a tanker driver that we sent for random testing. He had taken prescription meds and his test came back positive. He carried his script and a letter from his doc back to be screened again per DOT guidelines. There was a mixup in the screening office and after he turned in his doc letter the nurse told him he could go. NOT! He was supposed to be tested again. Screener turned in paperwork as refusal and DOT pulled his license. It was 3 months and affidavits galore to get his record straight.

I agree that you are screwed. Make your friends help you find another job or at least pay the rent till you find a new career.

DOT doesn't pull your license. The company simply can't allow you to drive.
