If you're referring to the fact that there's no way you could drive that realistically, you're right, it is "funny trucker math". It's an absolute theoretical maximum. On the flip side, the absolute theoretical maximum at a full 11 hours @ 64 mph would be 704 miles. That's just using mathematics which assumes no variables. In the real word there are too many variables (acceleration from a stop, traffic, hills, quick pee breaks, etc.) and if you were to log 700 or 704 miles and show 11 hours, you know they'd be looking at you for logbook falsification.
