Knight will tell you that you need to get that weekly mileage amount before being allowed to go home, but take that with a grain of salt.
If you are on time (no driver related service failures), do not turn down a lot of loads, etc then they will usually get you home when you want to be.
At orientation they should explain to you that about the only way to get a driver service failure is to be late and not tell anyone before hand. A driver may get dispatched on a load that they can not reasonably deliver on time and all the driver has to do is send a message via QC explaining why and telling them when you can deliver and they are suppose to either reschedule, arrange a relay, or find you another load.
