I was looking back through some of the past posts and couldn't seem to find anything on Crete's training pay and training duration. So I was wondering, with the pay increases at Crete did that affect training pay also? What is the duration of the training? What is the CPM for the first year with Crete until you get your 1st year on the road? Any additional info anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! Longsnowsm

I just found on their website that the training is 8 weeks out with a trainer, but I don't see anything on the site about the pay during the training. I would think they would want to post this information on their website, but I haven't found it.

training is 8 weeks and they pay you $500 per week. Once you are assigned a truck, you start off at .33 cpm

Check out A Trainer's Tale Continues at the Truck.net forums. It's a very long thread about a Crete trainer's experiences over the past few years and the experiences of his trainees over the eight weeks. Read some on that for a bit of what it's like.
