Heh. I thought you'd say that.

2700 / 3.5 = 771

That's 70 mph average. Awesome.

I don't think you're that sorry. You're the new super trucker.

Lets look at this a little closer.

Google maps says that trip is 2614 miles. Deaprt at 15:30 EST, arrive 62.5 hours later. That's an average of 41.8 mph for 62.5 hours straight. I believe you actually did sleep and 41.8 average is a little slow for you.

If you averaged 65 mph for the entire trip, that's 43.5 hours of driving. 62.5 hours of transit time minus 43.5 hours of travel time leaves 19 hours for sleep. Sunday night, Monday night and Tuesday night. Like I said before; awesome. Your company must be proud and your logbook is aching for a driver who follows the law.

I didn't follow google maps... I was going to cut south on 95 just before Az but headed east on I-40...it was more like 2950 miles.... Did I drive tired? NO. Would I do it again ? Not unless it was my own truck- and then very doubtfull. Why ?

At your local Petro... he will be parked on the fuel island while inside flirting with the fuel desk attendant trying to get an extra towel for the shower!!!!
