Maybe it's "reverse" age discrimination. This recruiter is 62. Says the owner is 77 and still climbs into the trucks to check you out. Hands on. Good for him.

I might add I don't approve of discrimination in any form. I think you should be considered based solely on your qualifications and ability and of course your background history. DUI, criminal, accidents and such. I really don't know what credit history has to do with it but it is a factor in some areas. Peace to all.
