Default Remote Computer Support

Remote PC/Laptop Support means that my technicians can take over the mouse and keyboard of any laptop/PC no matter where it is in the world and work on it as if they were sitting at the keyboard themselves, as long as there is a working Internet connection.

Look for us at all RoadKing Kiosks across the country starting in January 2005.

And this will cost what? Plus I would really have to trust someone before I give them control of my pc.

Default Thank you

We absolutely understand. This service is priced at $30 per half hour.

Minuteman Support Sevices realizes the fact that peoples laptops and PC's have become an intimate part of peoples lives. Our mission is to promote Internet Security, not to exploit it.

We have no interest what so ever what is on your computer. There are many security features in our service that benefits our clients. The best security feature we have is that you get to watch the whole session and you can terminate the session at any time if you feel your pivacy is being compromised.

This is the most common question I get. And it is completely understandable. The integrity of Minuteman Support Services will not be compromised in any capacity. The backbone of a successful company in this industry is the level of care given to protecting its clients privacy.

I have 20 years experience in the Helpdesk industry. I have hundreds of customers, all of which would be willing to give references. They are available upon request.

I am always available to speak with or even provide a demo.
Do not hesitate to call me. Choose Dan Barnes from the phone menu.

Thank you for asking this question, it is our biggest hurdle. You will not be disappointed. We are keeping it here in America. Whoever says we can't compete with India and supports outsorcing, is a fool!

No way, Jose! Not only do I not need it as I can fix most computer problems that might pop up, but I wouldn't allow any of my computers to be accessed by remote machines over the Internet.

You're a little late to the game there, fella. There are already companies set up and doing this, and have been advertising the service for over a year now.
