I hate to be the barer of bad news folks...but this is California, we may give them the death penalty, but we don't actually kill them. ops:

I'm glad he's been found guilty, although I'll never understand a law that allows 2nd degree in Connor's death, when it allowed 1st degree in his Mothers..Seems to me (common sense) that if you kill the pregnant woman, you know you're killing the infant too. :twisted:

Yeah for real the jury announced their verdict yesterday afternoon.

The judge has not made his ruling yet, I think from what I thought I heard that won't happen until Jan 25 but I may have mis-heard it!
