Lately Ive been trying to learn the HDR (High Dynamic Range) Imaging feature. Its where you take mulitple exposure all of the same picture from way under exposed to way over exposed and then merge them together into one picture. It creates a really cool effect of all the colors and light that the human eye cant see at once. You can see examples of HDR photos here, http://www.flickr.com/groups/hdr/pool/ I find it interesting if done correctly. If it isn't, it is just annoying and hard to look at.

Cool, I like his work. It looks like he uses a combination of HDR photo technique and a few other photoshop tricks. Very original stuff.
You are right, a poorly done HDR photo looks horrible. I prefer the HDR photos that look just a little bit unreal. Nothing to the extreem. To me this is the perfect HDR photo. Not too weird, just a little of "that just doesnt seem real" effect http://www.flickr.com/photos/7380581...6/in/pool-hdr/
