I've got a Silverado 1500 and love it.
I've also owned Ford F150's and loved them too.

Why a 350?

for me it is because my camper is too big to be pulled by a 1/2 ton truck and i would hate to have to sell it

I used to have a Ford 250 with a 390(I think) and it had plenty of pulling power.

I picked up my new 06 GMC 3500 duramax this afternoon. I think I'm in love it is so much nicer than my 1996 Chevy. gos like an ape. can not wait to pull the camper to see how much better it really is.
