My sweet baby is a '66 396 SuperSport El Camino. Cherry red with a black leather interior. It is over 500hp and currently shackled to a modified Turbo 400. I have the original M-21 Rock Crusher and a full race motor I stick in it...from time to time....so I won't get stupid and blow my 396. My race motor takes me 1/2 a day to swap....it's a '70 350...totally nasty....and sounds like a big block. It shakes the ground at idle. A REAL BLOOD PUMPER THIS BEAUTY.

I've got a '91 Dodge Stealth-DOH w/21 Valve but engines blown-Anybody want to buy it?
Don't really consider it a Muscle Car but I had it up to 130mph and it still had quite a bit left.

The first car that I drove was a '75 Ford Elite. It was originally my granddad's. He gave it to us when he bought a new Ford Taurus in '87. That Ford Elite had a 460 in it. It would burn a hole in the wind. My friends always made jokes about it because it was so long, but it would blow the doors off any of the souped up pickups that my friends had. During my senior year, while I drove it,I went through 2 transmissions. Typical 18 year old with a lead foot. That car was in mint condition. Granddad took dern good care of it. Even though,as I said,I pinned the ears back every time I got in it,I was mature enough to keep her cleaned, and maintained.

Its not so much a muscle car, but its better than some of the modern day "rip offs" (aka Dodge Charger, Ford 500, or Chev Impala!)

I have a 1991 Lincoln Mark VII Bill Blass edition, Bill Blass Blue c/c met with Chamois interior.
Dosent sound like much(but the exhaust note sounds sweet!), but it has the same drivetrain as the 87-93 Mustangs...5.0h High Output. It also sports full factory air bag suspension (lowered 2-inch) giving arguably th best ride I have ever experienced!
Plans are to add...
4R70W wide ratio auto trans with stand alone electronic controller (gives me lower 1 & 2 gears with stock ratio 3 & OD and full computer control over shift points/firmness)
KenneBell 2.2L Whipple Charger (about 400 crank HP/300 RWHP)
I am currently in the process of changing the suspension over to poly-urethane with all new KYB GR-2 struts & bigger sway bars and Mustang 5L style stainless exhaust tips.

Its the DaddyMc HotRod Lincoln!

I've had lots of cars since I turned 14, but probably the most muscular were my 69 GTO Judge and my first wife's 70 Mustang 428 SCJ Drag Pak. I'm a big fan of Pontiacs and would love to have a new GTO, but that won't happen soon.

My favorite car of all time is the 76-80 Pontiac Sunbird. I've had several including one with a factory V-8.

Right now, I drive a Subaru Impreza WRX. It's probably the most fun car I've ever driven. It has a few mods that put it in the 250+ Hp category. I'll probably have it over 300 Hp one of these days. Pretty good for a 2 Liter Flat Four!

When I finish that, I'd like to build a 300 HP all-wheel-drive VW New Beetle. Shouldn't be too hard since the Quattro Audi TT stuff will fit right in. Just a bit of fab to get the rear diff in.

For me it was my 92 Lumina Z34 with the quad cam 3.4. I know not the hottest thing out there but you stuff a GM perfromance chip and a Whipple under the hood you are talking about 350 HP to the front tires. I had one problem she would melt the rubber off any tire but Eagle LS's and at 180 bucks each it got expensive at times when I let my brother or my mother AKA LEAD FOOT GRANDMA drive it.
