how about a goto forum button on the main page?

You don't mean "on the MAIN page," you must mean at the bottom of EACH page! The "former" owners and their editions of the software DID ALLOW this! It's the WORST part of the new format.... that it is no longer there!
I have to click about 3-5 TIMES now to get where I want to be! I hope someone in charge NOTICES your recent post.... made within 3 posts of your finding this site... and realizes how SLACK this board has become because of their recent "I.T" upgrades!
