My Handle is Buster and I work in the UK / Europe. There is a website well known in Europe (myhandle.com) that registers worldwide Handles and allows you to use your Handle as an Email address which forwards to your normal account. We also use our Handles to forward all our cell phone calls to whichever number we are using (these often change as we go from country to country to save on roaming charges). It's quite smart because you just use the iPhone app and dial your friends Handle! There seem to be quite a lot of users from the US on the listing - has anyone heard of it?
