Default Not receiving new post notifications some of the time

I don't always receive e-mails that a new post is up in a thread I am watching.

Does anyone else notice this?

How ironic. I didn't get this notification... :P

You can see here in my Profile that I have chosen to always receive replies.

The only thing I would question is are you using IE or are you using some other browser. I know some browsers other than IE will screw with the intentions of the coding. If you're using IE, then I'm not sure what the issue would be.
