Wouldn't that cause a big ruckus down in FL.
Dontcha know that would throw a kink in the hose.
OU set a record for hanging 60+ points on the board for 5 straight games.
It was looking like Bama was having some good luck, but guess not.
I havent checked, but I'm sure it will be OU-Florida, and I wonder if OU will make that 6 straight games, scoring 60 points.
Florida is tough, but I think OU will win it. I'm not sure if Teebow is fast enough for that Sooner Defense.
I was watching some of the USC-UCLA game. So I guess ole Pete Carroll decided to wear his home jerseys.

You know, Florida has a good D but they have yet to face an attack like OU has. Now matter how you try to defend the pass, Bradford is just too dang good and his O-line is very good at protecting him right now. Throw in his scrambling ability and he is just like Tebow, dangerous. So you figure you can snuff out their passing game and you got OU pinned? Wrong, they just load up the run and shove the ball down your throat with several backs. This could be the highest scoring NC game ever seen if OU's D plays like they did against Texas in the 2nd half.

Florida does have a super fast, hard hittin defense. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like the SEC likes to run the smash mouth football, but not quite like that weird spread that Bob Stoops runs. As tough as Florida's defense is, I'm sure they will have their hands full. Florida's secondary is quick, and they cover really well, but Bob Stoops has many weapons.
If OU's defense can shut down Florida, OU should pull away with it. Florida also has a lot of weapons, and they are fast. OU went to sleep against Texas in the 2nd half. If that happens against Florida, it could get ugly.

Well congrats to the dag gum stinkin Gators.

Some game. OU kinda stunk up the place.

As much as I dislike Florida, it was good to see David Nelson score a touchdown. David Nelson is from Wichita Falls. Kinda weird how he went to Florida, with all the schools around here.

Football season is over.. Now what?

Yeah JR Superman wears Tim Tebow jammies! I'm no Florida fan either but you have to admire their QB. Not just his physical skills but his character and mental approach too.

Yes Snowman. Tebow is something to see. Whether you like Florida or not, Tebow is a site to see.
I just hope he does well in the NFL. A lot of great college quarterbacks hasn't done well in the pros.

What the heck system is he going to be in when he gets to the NFL though? No team currently has a QB that enjoys running over LB's instead of sliding down or hopping out of bounds. When he does get to the NFL, whomever takes him will have to toss out their current offensive system and bring in a new one that can use his LB size the same way Florida has done. Remember though, these are grown men, they won't be afraid of him, but jesus, the defense's won't be ready for him to come bulldozing thru the line.

True, Mr Ford, so true.
He doesnt make his way to the sideline, nor does he slide. He lowers his shoulder just like a fullback. On the other hand, these guys in the NFL hit a little harder than the college kids. When ever he decides to go pro, I just hope that he realizes that it isnt college.

Default Tebow Days at QB Numbered

Tebow might as well have fun playing QB in College.. When he get to the pro's he will be a FB or TE.. If he goes to TE he will be an All-Pro.. But Vince Young was a way better Athlete and QB than Tebow.. NOW LOOK AT HIM!!!

Smile

OU quarterback Sam Bradford has announced he'll return for his junior season as well as some of his teammates. Could we get another OU/UF re-match in January 2010?
