Put the photo in your photoshop. (which ever photo software you are using)
Size the photo to 200 pixels wide by 300 pixels high...or 24 KB file size, and you will be good for an avatar size. If you have trouble sizing, send the photo to my PM, and I will resize it for you, and send it back to you. ...hey...Rev. did sound kinda Mod like...huh...?

Just remember, you should never want to belong to a club that would have you as a member.
Don't know about the Yoop, he could be snowed in or taking or break or still reeling from the Packers loss.

I hope You will be back soon. His experience and expertise I know has helped a lot of truckers here on the forum. He's a good friend of mine and a straight shooting kind of guy. If you don't want the truth then don't ask Yoop because he'll give it to you straight. He'll call a spade a spade instead of a manually operated soil relocation device. He's got all of my respect as does anyone who's fought and survived those hell holes called Vietnam and Desert Storm. Living up in the Great White North he's one of those old salts who's driven those big old trucks in some of the nastiest weather imaginable. When I lost my dad last year Yoop kind words of encouragement helped me tremendously. And he's one of those fellow Pack brethren. Come on back soon, Yoop, We miss you! 8)
