Actually SD is my second team (since the Rams left). Being a Pats fan, I did not take much joy watching LT and Chargers fall apart. Marty formed that team. His players would run through a wall for him. Norv is lucky if they will run through charmin for him.

AJ Smith better hope they can win despite his blunders. Picking up Chambers was a good move. He knows the system, and he is a savvy player, nevermind skilled.

Vincent Jackson, so far, is a bust. Chambers will open things up for the running game, as the D can't consistently put 8 in the box and cover Gates.

Bottom Line: You will see more point production out of the SD O.
