Default Jimmie Johnson......

Cup Champion was involved in a golf cart crash. Broke his wrist and will miss the International Race of Champions in Paris. He was not driving the cart and was not holding on tight enough. His driver took a turn a little fast and ejected him.

Think Hendrick is going to take away all golf cart usage for one year after winning a Cup title from now on. Gordon won the title in 2001 then had a scary wipe out in 2002 at Richmond on a golf cart. Went into the first turn of a special golf cart race in the infield and prematurely hit the eject button.

Sorry, not the IROC we know yoop. It's in Paris, France. It's the Race of Champions consisting of champs from F1, WRC, Nascar and a bunch of other race groups. The best of the best are pitted against one another country by country. It's really crazy because it's in cars that none of the drivers have ever driven and a crazy wild track. If you hit the wall, even nudge it, you get a time penalty. I think SPEED channel has gotten into showing it.

The US won it in 2002 with Jeff Gordon being the lead driver.

http://www.eurosport.co.uk/home/page...to785435.shtml That has a pic of the track and the lineup from like 2004 or 2005.

You know, I;m glad he wasn't hurt badly. But when you think about it, that's just ironically funny. Spends a whole year running a race car around a track and 200 MPH and then after the season, falls out of a golf cart.

Dave Brule was the Founder of Boss snowplow.
I don't live in Wisconsin :P
I don't really know different types of race cars. I'll do a search and try and find the one he drives.

Oh crude, Jimmie didn't just fall out of the cart when the driver took a turn too fast for him, he was up on top of the f-ing thing's roof. He was golf cart surfing!!! Had to be beer involved for that. What a dumbas. He was laying up on top on his stomach when his playing partner, who was driving, hit a berm on the cart path while driving to the 16th hole and it bucked JJ off. That so reminds me of the old commercial for NASCAR where they had the guy jump onto the roof of one of the cars at Watkins Glen and put a cup to the roof so he could hear the driver talking to his crew.
