Default Mr. Ford

Both of these disagree with you about USC beating ND.

I still say go Notre Dame
USC is looking pretty good -grrrrrrrrrr
all these scenarios make my head hurt

Yoop, that's because nobody is giving UCLA a shot. It's a rivalry game so UCLA has some sort of a shot. For an example, look at FSU, Florida should have rolled them up but it was a rivalry game and FSU nearly won the dang thing. They lost it by about an inch, when the FSU kick returners foot stepped out of bounds by an inch or even less which negated a kickoff return for a TD that would have tied the game late and gave all the momentum to FSU.

The smart scenario was to have ND win(which didn't happen) but the best and most effective way to shut all the BCS critics up would be the way I said.

USC beats ND(done) UCLA beats USC
LSU beats Arkansas(done) Arkansas beats Florida or FSU beats Florida

At that, Michigan would be the only legit contender still left.

Agree with you on most things but I think you're dead wrong on this one. I think if USC got whipped last nite U of M was in.
I don't think UCLA has a chance to beat USC but it is a Inter-city rivalry so hopefully that'll change things.

Looks like it won't matter either way unless UCLA pulls the upset, USC swept all the polls. Would have helped Michigan if the score had been closer. Michigan is not that far behind in the USA Today, 46 points but only 40 points up on Florida. Harris poll had them 97 and 86 up on Florida. Good chance they fall to #4 if Florida romps Arkansas. Wonder who Michigan would play in the Rose since the Pac-10 has nobody else in the BCS picture.

I was listening to late night sports talk show last night and they mentioned the Rose Bowl and this whole thing just gets curiouser and curiouser.

I saw the Arkansas Game(last half) and they Look Good-They lost but shouldn't have. I think arky will take em.
I don't see UCLA beating USC

Yoop, I'm hearing that it's going to be Big Blue in a rematch with Notre Dame in the Rose ... Michigan is a gimme for the Rose, as Ohio Stae is going for all the marbles. That leaves an at large team for the comittee to select, and Notre Dame seems like the choice that will draw the most $$$$. And face it, that's what all this boils down to in the end, huge piles of Ben Franklins!

D MAC 8) Yeah,Darren McFadden is a toughy, but he aint the only sprinter in the back field. Felix Jones is the other running back, and he is just as fast as D MAC.
