over any other QB in football? ain't that stretchin it a bit? forgetting about brady and manning? PROVEN quarterbacks. Romo isn't a proven quarterback yet.

i'm hoping they can get it together enough to take out the pats next week.... because if they play next week like they did tonight they don't have a prayer.

Monday Night Football just doesn't seem like the old days with Al Michaels and John Madden calling the plays. I guess the ESPN guys do all right but Michaels and Madden just gave it something special. Whadya think? Cool
Michaels and Madden call the plays on NBC Sunday Night Football, so I was merely pointing out if the above posters missed them, they could still get their fix.

But neither were Brady and Manning in their first year, either. What I like about Romo is that he has guts and he doesn't quit. He reminds me of Brett Favre. Farve never quits...he always gives his all. Romo is the same way. He had the worst game of his career (which only spans 15 regular season games, by the way) last night and fought to the very end. Give him credit, he grew up a lot last night.

This game against Buffalo had me stewed all week. It had trap game written all over it and despite Phillips saying they were all aware of it, I wasn't convinced. But I think the fact that they are coming out of this game with an improbable win is the best thing for them going into the game against the Patriots next week. They are going to be up for the game, no doubt, and the Cowboys D is among the best in the business now. The D gave up nothing but a FG to the Bills last night, nothing at all to the Rams and what, 1 score to the Bears?

I absolutely agree. Their D can keep them in it, but Romo will have to close it out.

They gave up nothing to the Rams and 1 score to the Bears, the team that beat the Pack this week. Phillips' trademark has always been his defense and he has it all clicking with Dallas now. You're just sweating those Red Lobster gift certificates, aren't you.

Duh Bears didn't beat us-we beat ourselves in the 2nd half
Should have buried them in the 1st half
End of bye week we'll still be on top of the NFC North

Those were two good back to back prime time games, as fans we got lucky this week. (cept having to listen to Kornheiser)

Romo is fun to watch, kids got heart that's for sure. I'm a little jealous, wish he was in Baltimore. I was surprised this morning when I saw the final score. I fell asleep late in the third I think.

Good luck against the Pats TF, we play them in December, I hope we get straightened out by then.

Cowboys/Bills game put me into coniptions! My wife kept telling me to hold it down or I was going to wake the kids and she would kick my butt.

Only thing I don't like when going to the games are that the commercial breaks are longer than the ones on TV
