Default Any Harm in Requesting Free DAC Report?

Hi,

I'm about to request a free copy of my DAC report from HireRight. Just getting paranoid at the last minute that my requesting it will cause some additional info to appear on it that isn't currently there. For example, DAC might update my file from their databases simply because I requested the free copy, and some new info gets placed on the report that wasn't there before.

I've never seen my DAC report before, and don't know what's on it.

I'm 99 % sure that requesting it will not change or add anything to it. Just checking, though. Anyone know for sure?

Thanks

Doesn't make any difference.

No different than requesting your free annual credit report from each of the three credit reporting agencies. DAC/Hireright is is covered by the Fair Credit reporting Act.

I just requested mine. Just making sure it is clean. Should be spotless!
