Default New Regulations and past 8 days

Does anyone know if everyone gets a fresh start, similar to a restart tomorrow when new regs go in effect. Unfortunately. Im not getting a restart this weekend, Im hoping that i get fresh hours.

Beginning July 1, you will need to meet the new hos requirements to get a restart. As I recall, it only allows for a restart if you have 2 time periods between 1-5 am. It depends on when you get home or shut down as to whether you can get a restart.

Late on this but NO.. the regulations started Monday the first and we already had drivers getting violations due to them not having two days with the 1 - 5 am off duty requirement for getting their 34 hour restart.

Correct 2x 1am-5am. Park at midnight your good with 34hr. Park at 2 am you after 23hrs is 1am the next day you begin your first 1-5am. Then another 24 before end of your next 1-5am that's 23hrs+4(1 to 5 break) =27 24hrs later your 2nd 1-5 break ends. So that's 27+24=51hrs to reset. Make sure you start before 1am. And only one reset per week.
