Default Sleep apnea and IL

I'm going to be going in to renew my DOT card and I am from the wonderful state of IL. I know that IL has some different rules on sleep apnea than other states. Just wondering if it still the case and I should go get it done in another state or what?

Any advice is appreciated!!

Thanks

I live in IL and haven't had any issue getting my med card in the last 5 years. My most recent was last January.

How is your BMI and neck size? Have you had a sleep test before? I'm just wondering if they still being PITA about the sleep apnea thing. Should I just goto IN and get my DOT done?

According to the FMCSA site, I fit most of the criteria for at least being tested but I've never even been asked if I've been tested. I'm in the Kankakee area.
