Active CDL + DOT Physical Expire = Can renew Physical?
Ok, I let my DOT physical run out last year but my cdl is still good before renewal until 2014. My question is this. Can I go renew my DOT Physical, send it off to Indianapolis and get back in the seat of a truck or am I done for good?

Yes. You can get a physical and you're good to go. In fact, if you don't get one before your CDL expires in 2014 (and have it current when your CDL expires), you won't be able to renew your license.
