Default Dry van, Flatbed may need tanker endorsement??

Am I the only one to hear about this?

Dry freight drivers may need tank truck endorsement

guess it's a good thing I have an X endorsement then. I always wondered about that. I've halled some loads that are very shifty and once you stop, the load doesn't, liquid loads that act like tanker loads. It actualy makes sense.
