Tore my check up and threw it away today. I let the 45 days expire without cashing it. It had become even MORE worthless than the day I got it.

Got my check on March 26th. $4,124.25... I wasn’t even expecting it, I figured it was a shot in the dark when I submitted the claim forms because I didn’t have undeniable proof that a company I applied for did hire me solely because of the incorrect DAC report. Evidently, it was enough to prove my case.

Kinda late replying to this but I sure got my check and cashed it asap before they decided to rescind the settlement. IDK why y'all got such small amounts.....I got a lot more. I'd like to know why I didn't hear from anyone for the suit from Vitran?

I was wondering if anyone else did not get their check from ryals v. Hireright lawsuit. I have not been able to contact anyone about the this lawsuit. I talked to some once on the phone about 2 mos ago and since then have not been able to contact anyone by phone or web site. Is anyone else having that problem? Do anyone have any info
on how to reach the lawyers. The phone number has been disconnected and the web site does exist anymore. Thanks.

i got the same amount. do you remember how much tax was taken out? got 4124.26 but it was more than that before taxes and i want to file before i get the 1099
