Default Gummint forcing DAC out of business?

Other than a rehire status, what will DAC be able to sell that the Feds won't?

FMCSA launching online driver records - eTrucker

Fees haven't been established, Drivers need to give consent (I suspect most of us already have) and nowhere does it say the information will be available to or contestable by the Driver/Taxpayer/CDL holder.

It doesn't have anything to do with past employers. It gives access to what the driver does on the road as found during inspections. Unless a log violation results in a ticket it doesn't show up on an MVR. It increases the liability for a carrier that employs someone who has persistent log violations.
