Sorry Rev. I miscomprehended your post. I thought you were siding with the DOT officers.... especially in light of the fact that you have had so much trouble with the OFF DUTY wording in the regs in past/other threads.

I guess if you couldn't produce a motel receipt that would also mean that you had been up for an entire workday plus your 34.
