The FMCSA guidance attached to a REG is part of the reg, at least as far as THEY are concerned. If you have a problem with that.... take it up with THEM! You never seemed to have a problem with it before when YOU quoted the GUIDANCE as your rationale... AND in response to a request to post a reg! :hellno:
