Croat to Coast in Cocoa Crunch?

Help Me, Mr. Mythbuster!
"The driver of the truck, Sergejs Salamatovs, 35, of Gladstone, Conn., was slightly injured in the wreck, officials said. He was not cited." "Officials weren't sure where Salamatovs was headed with the load. They said he spoke very little English." Was not cited? Go get 'em, buster . . Charleston Daily Mail - West Virginia News and Sports - Police Briefs - 18 pictures of hot cocoa wreck ... Click here* Let's see . . You've got Salamatovs, obviously. You should be able to get every LEO agency that responded as they clearly failed to either understand or uphold the regs. Then there's his boss and everyone back in IL or CT that had a hand in getting this guy licensed including the state and local authorities. This should keep you busy for awhile and I'll look forward to receiving my commendation for bringing this to your attention.

I wonder if this driver will be in "hot cocoa" with his safety department? If whomever he works for even has a safety department.

It's too much trouble for local and state agencies to enforce the laws to "illegals" or folk who don't "properly" understand the law or our laungage! "WE" appreciate our jobs and our CDL, so we will be easier to get money or liability for our injustice out of simple because of our respect for the system we live under . This is just another example of greed from a company that would hire someone such as this.

A clear violation of the FMCSA regs if it is true.
