The ones like Waggoners, Estes, Sysco, C & C, Tidewater Transit, Cheetah Transportation, R & L Carriers, Superior Carriers, Schneider,
United Van Lines, Sferra Metals, Tennessee Steel, Knight and about 100 + others that got caught DO care! If you aren't talking out of band, no worries. If you ARE using "extree channels" and get caught, you will care, too! RR

No, no troll. What I want to do is inform people about those cussed "10 Meter" radios that show up on frequencies unlicensed people don't belong on. If you are a driver and you like to flip those "band" switches on your super-duper 'quack-packed', hopped up extree channel radio, you will eventually end up getting monitored just like Tennessee Steel Haulers did.
The difference in a mere "troll' is that most of what he says is speculation meant simply to stir up trouble. This is not because I can give people FACTS that you can verify. THAT'S the difference! 1. Go to Google. Type in "Truckers and 10 Meter Radios". 2. go to www.fcc.gov/eb Scroll down the pages to find busts against companies that sell them AND CBers who are getting FINED $10,000 for using the radios. 3. Go to www.arrl.org. See yellow border for "News". Click on Enforce- ment. At the top of the page, you'll find a link to the FCC's Amateur Actions page. There you will find Tennessee Steel Haulers, Sferra Metals and a bunch of other misbehavers. The rest of the companies are in archives and you would have to "dig" thru those to see them. 4. Call 1-717-338-2502. This line goes direct to the man that sends the letters to companies whose drivers get caught talking "on them funny 'channels'". He can answer all your questions. If you are "jittery" ' about talking to an FCC man, well........................... he doesn'tbite; he just enforces the regulations. So it's not like I'm a troll. I just want unlicensed, unwanted frequency thieves OFF 10 meters. It is NOT "yours", it does not "belong" to the trucking industry and never did, and it is NOT part of the CB band. If you DO insist on going outside the CB frequencies, sooner or later, you WILL pay the price and no longer be laughing! RR
