What year did CDL licenses start

In other words, you got the CDL handed to ya. Didnt have to go through the tests.

No he didn't..... He still had to take the written tests.. Oh what a joy it was answering questions some NON driver thought up, especially the haz-mat test..
Makes one wonder who in Hell thought up the CDL concept in the first place and why that person isn't floating face down with the fish!!!!

It should be mandatory that people who pull travel trailers and/or drive motor homes take a skills test before they hit the highways!!!!

Ok. So, I was wrong. :P I remember hearing from old timers how they got their licenses, just didnt exactly know. :P

You aint jokin! I've had enough! :P I aint never seen this much rain for this time of year, in years. :shock: I havent seen a clear day in over 2 weeks. :shock:
