After the 45 minutes you took a full 10 hour break right? If so all you do is

1) After the 10 hour or more count over 14 hours from the time you went down to lines 3 or 4 and this will be the end of your new 14 hour period.
In that time frame you have 11 hours to drive.
Just to confirm: The 14 hour rules consist of lines 1,2,3 & 4. This is why after a 10 hour break or longer, if you just count over 14 hours this will tell you when your 14 hour is up.

The 11 & 14 is on going until you get a full 10 hour break or a proper split break.

Your question was kind of confusing. Please ask if the question was not answered or you need more information.
Have a great night and be safe

Every time you take a 10 hour break your 11 and 14 are reset.

The 11 and 14 hour rules are not based on a 24 hour period. You can drive more than 11 hours in 24 hours.

the log books are a continous grid, if you were to tear them out and lay them down side by side you would see the never ending grid. you are counting from 10 hour breaks to 10 hour breaks.
