I guess the OP and the title are a little confusing.

If you're talking about a ticket that is ALREADY on your record, I have no comment. Talk to a lawyer and ask them.

If you're talking a bout a ticket you got but haven't had the court date for yet (or paid)... even if you just show up to court you're better off. They should have a public defender there and it will get plead down. Or you can hire your own attorney. I wouldn't rely on TVC, though.
