I order a copy of my USIS(DAC) report last week, heres what was included. Employment records...im not sure what all info they list here....mine had no reports :shock: MVR report.......this was obtained directly from the state your licensed in, and its for the last 3 yr. period. Criminal/sex offender record......says its a nationwide search(they didnt find my felony) :lol: last is shows which companies have requested a copy of my report within 2 yrs from the date I order my copy. I requested a full copy of my report, credit was not included, MVR went back 3 yrs only, so i can only go by what I actually recieved. |
