Now hiring OTR owner operators with the right equipment, clean Motor Vehicle Record and a good attitude to lease onto ACW Transport LLC. Without question each driver is a valuable asset. You deserve a working environment based on trust and mutual respect.
Equipment:
Diesel powered truck no more than 10 years old. Set up with tow package including goose neck ball.
o If hotshot a 1ton is preferred
Trailer all kinds accepted. 40 gooseneck flatbed is preferred for hotshots.
Truck & trailer needs to pass the DOT annual Safety inspection.
DRIVER:
Needs to hold a current CDL license.
He cannot have ANY accidents on his record in the past 5 years
No more than one moving violation (ticket) in the last three years.
NO DUI on his record in the last 3 years.
Needs a DOT Medical Card with at least one year left to expiration.
Over-the-road driving experience is highly preferred.
Have a laptop, scanner/printer and cell phone to scan and email paperwork back to us.
Follows all DOT regulations and bears all costs to lease to ACW Transport LLC.

It has been said that with skill, knowledge and a good attitude a person can do almost anything. We believe that attitude is by far the largest key in a persons success. We will provide you with a great opportunity but you must have that positive, get-the-job-done-right attitude and the desire to stay out for 2-3 weeks at a time.
Compensation Package:
Driver receives 80% gross on each load.
Free dispatching
Free IFTA filing each quarter & IFTA stickers
All invoices & paper work completed for the driver if needed
Electronic logging system
Paid 1-2 business days after paperwork is turned in if using a factoring company.
Bonuses for each passed DOT inspections: $50 for level 1 and $25 for level 2-5
