Must have a minimum of 1 year OTR, and have a clean driving record.

Equipment must be well maintained, no age limit on trucks or trailers, but must be in presentable condition.

Drivers must be clean, and presentable.

MTE Transportation offers the following:

I have a few question. How long have you been in business? Where are you based? How many trucks, company and owner operator are leased to you? What is your MC number? Which stock exchange are you planning to list your stock? Do you currently have a IPO? If not do you plan on an IPO first? What is the par value of your stock? What is the class of your stock? You are offering a lot just to lease on owner operators. I think it would be good to have more information on the company based upon your offering.
