Help please Fiat bed

Default Help please Flatbed air valve dump
I bought a flatbed 48" win spread axels I would like to put a valve To lift the tires ( not lift but to not killing my tires in the a turns ) on the read axel Please I whan to do it my self anyone here have a diagrams how to set up and the parts that I Need thanks anyone
