Default Canadian and Mexico Permits??

What type of permits do i need to run heavy equipment into Canada and Mexico?

Equipment (tractors, dozers, loaders) MUST be washed and be CLEAN before they cross the US/Canada International border going either direction. This is an absolute as per Dept of Agriculture for both countries. If the machine is dirty they will deny you entry! And yes, they do inspect them!

I hate to get the deck wet when hauling 90,000 lbs.

Dozers with tracks on them can be a pain when u have a wet deck.

Do u get your heavy equipment load washed at the blue becon?

Absolutely NOT! Last time I tried that they wanted $5.00 a minute>$300 an hour! It gets washed where I load it and IF there's no water supply there then I call the mobile wash guy! It's all part of the cost of doing business SO make sure you bid the job with enough for a mobile wash guy to come and enough for your time! If you get turned back @ the border you'll really be feeling it to!
