KENWORTH T800 TANDEM AXLE SLEEPER FOR SALE IN PA PENNSYLVANIA. 2000 KENWORTH T800. USED KENWORTH T800.

Yes it can be hard to find things on that site.

I will call tomorrow, thank you very much for the heads up! That's the closest truck I've found. Similar to the one that was at that auction, except this one is a 1 piece windshield which I prefer. Hopefully the guy will send me pictures.

Finding a good truck at a low price is challenging and takes time. Patience is key. Take your time and you will find the right truck at your price.

Called about it. The guy said the odometer shows 825,000 miles. Quite unsure about that. He thinks it has 3.90 gears. It has full gauges, and a recent brake job. The interior is a black diamond interior. I've never seen a Kenworth with black interior.

He's going to send me pictures plus the truck and engine serial number tomorrow.

It's stamped inside the driver door on the spec sticker, along with eng and trans codes, as far as the mileage goes anything that old will be in the million mile zone

Ended up picking up a 2002 T800 in Mankato, MN:

72" sleeper pretty good shape and non-smoking
500 12.7 Detroit - rebuilt 500,000 miles ago - put over 400 to the ground with 2" blowby
13 speed - new from Eaton with clutch 500,000 miles ago
3.55 gears
22.5LP tires 90% tread
Side exhaust
White in color
Grey VIT interior
Some gauges (need to add pyro)
Old style moto mirrors
1.1 million miles
Espar engine and bunk heater - both seem to work
AC works
Transmission and diff oil was very clean, almost nothing on the magnetic plugs
Diff yokes were tight
Coolant checked out good

Issues:
- Some sort of mild driveline vibration
- Rear brackets rusted out
- Exhaust needs to be replaced
- Air compressor needs to replaced, it's pushing oil
- Air dryer also needs to be replaced due to above
- Needs paint, but that can wait
- Wheels need to be polished
- Key locks do not work very good at all
- Needs full funders
- Needs headache rack
- Usual stuff before I put a truck into service (brakes, shocks, hoses, belts, overhead, all fluids, filters, etc..)

The truck needs some work, paint, polish, etc.. but it will be a good truck. Picked it up for $20k. The truck is actually in Fargo right now, I had to order the door sticker with the VIN and it is taking too long. I cannot import it without the door tag VIN. I'll post some pics in a few days so you guys can watch the transformation.

Which rear brackets are rusted? Which air suspension?, Take a pic of the rear suspension showing the arms that locate the rears on the bottom, depending on which suspension it is, it might have to be upgraded, a pic from in between the tires will do it

The rear brackets for the fairings. Very common with Kenworths. Just picked up some stainless (not just chrome) brackets for $44 each at Kenworth. What a steal! Very happy about that. I thought I'd have to order some in for twice as much, then get them painted.

It did have the AG-200 suspension, that's what the Kenworth diagram shows. It has been upgraded already. It has the full bars going across instead of the wishbones.

I've already spent $5400 or so and I don't even have the truck. I think I have everything for a full brake job, except for wheel bearings (only if needed).
