One of the tractors at my last company, a '05 Columbia, had one blow apart almost identical to that. He was driving at 65mph when it happened.

Man, if your tank is not fully destroyed, maybe it can be welded. I am a professional welder, as i graduated a school that i found on https://weldingnearyou.com and I have fixed some tanks, it's not so hard to do. Try to find a welder near you, maybe he can fix your tank and you won't need a new one any more.
