Default Drug Test Question??

Does anyone know where it states if it does that you must have qtrly reports on your drug test? Reason for asking, I know where it states you must keep the yearly report 382.403, but someone was telling me that you had to have quarterly reports from your Drug Consortium Company in addition to the yearly.

Gman would know for sure as he seems good with the ICC codes.... I run as a lease operator and just get randoms now, besides the one for my hiring.

Your best bet for a proper answer is talking to your DOT office there in Birmingham Rick.

There are no quarterly reports...there aren't even annual reports. What you have to produce in an audit is proof that you have a testing program in place. A statement showing you belong to a consortium is sufficient.

This is what i thought, but wasn't sure. I know I went 4yrs w/o a test and never had a problem in a audit.

No_worries is correct. The only thing you need is to show that you belong to a drug testing consortium. You should also keep a record of any failures or refusals, but since you are the only driver that should not be a problem.

There is a requirement for an annual summary(your consortium would send you that)that shows the number of tests, percentage, positive, ect.
