I'm pretty sure they didn't want drivers parking on the fresh slabs they just poured.... but unfortunatley you are very right in your statement.

The parking lot is the only place 90% of these companies can feel like they are going fast and pass people LOL

What an idiot, I'm surprised from how bent the rim is that he didn't put the trailer tandem axles out of alignment.

I hope when SNI found out he was terminated.
