Your right on. Jail time gives nothing back to the drivers, except maybe some satisfaction but that doesn't bring trucks back or pay bills. So really, where would the justice be?? I'll be pissed off if the execs go to prison where all meals are provided and temperatures are regulated and life is planned and routine. I don't see justice in that.
