If I'm mistaken and you really are paying your guys the equivalent of $.30/mile, what can I say? We truck drivers have never been accused of being the brightest bulbs.
Employees. Taxes, employment insurance, WSIB & government health care deducted at source. Dedicated truck with dedicated runs. Home 3-4 nights a week, all weekends & whenever else they need to be. Cell phone provided and paid up front. Tolls paid up front. Fuel card. $37,000 in 2007. No benefit plan though.
