I didn't drop a pipe. Mike tends to make things up like the $4.00 per mile. Here is the email I sent him with regards to the pipe. I keep every single post, email and fax I've ever had right back to the 1970's.
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the link to the other forum but I'm afraid certain people
would follow me there and it's just taken it's toll on me. Much more
has happened while I've been on the road that I haven't mentioned but
I would have loved to but it would have turned into a huge bashing. The
leaking air thing that I called roadside assistance for was my fault. I
replaced my other air hose and when I hooked back up I switched the red and blue by mistake and that makes that air release valve open up. Stupid stuff but I really wanted to tell that and other dumb stuff. Oh well.
I'm sitting at a truckstop on 25 off exit 110 in Colorado headed for
Surprise Arizona with a butt load of plastic pipe. They wrote that it weighs 25,000 and there's no way. It's like I have nothing behind me.
Things are going good. Bad weather, chains and LOTS of truck and car
accidents. I'm keeping a huge distance and just taking my time.

This isn't what I was talking about, Steve. Funny, I can't seem to find this one that you posted. I am talking about the time you told me that you dropped a load of plastic pipe all over the road and had to reload it by hand. If you are going to quote, please be accurate. You seem to want to continue to trash me and have selective memory when it comes to certain events about what you have told me and I am sure others. I don't care if you have dropped every load of pipe you have ever hauled. As long as my name isn't connected to it, I really don't care. Until you started posting false statements about me, I kept anything we discussed between us, as you asked. When you deliberately and maliciously try to disparage me, then you can rest assured that I will respond, at least this time.
There have been many times when I could have challenged statements that you have made on this forum. I didn't. People found them entertaining and even though they may not have always been completely truthful, I didn't want to get into a long debate on a public forum, although others did take you to task on some of your statements. I have better things to do than constantly banter back and forth with you or anyone else. While you tend to mislead new people at times, some of us attempt to tell them the truth so that they understand what really goes on in this business without getting into a shouting match on the internet.
I have always been truthful with anything that I have posted. People can either believe it or not. I have nothing to prove and no need to impress anyone. With me, what you see is what you get. I am the same person whether I am posting on the internet or talking to someone across the table. I am secure in who I am and what I know. I have no need to embellish my life in order to impress people. When people ask genuine questions, I try to answer them as completely and honestly as possible. When new people come to this website they are interested in learning the truth about the trucking industry. They come here and ask questions, wanting honest answers. They don't come to this forum to see a bunch of name calling and negativity. This forum should provide honest answers and be uplifting rather than making people feel so depressed they don't want to get out of bed. You continue to try to bait me to get something started. You and Rev seem to enjoy going back and forth. I don't. I would appreciate it, as I am sure would others, if you would simply drop it. If you want to post about your exploits, fine. Just keep me out of it.
One other thing. I didn't know we had email back in the 1970's.
