MPG Dropped Since Accident??? HELP!!

Alignment is good, had the 3 axle alignment done after the accident. Have not had any noticeable smoke coming out of my stacks, but will keep an eye on this.
I really do appreciate the suggestions and advice and encourage more of them as sooner (hopefully much sooner) or later something will show up. Would you go ahead and pay $450.00 to get the overhead ran since everything checked out on the dyno test, or wait?
