What do you think? Do or Dont?

This lady called me she has a small fleet and runs under Dart ( I guess) and will pay me 35/36 mile and I need to call Dart and fill out a app. what do you think? I figured this was a good place to post this.

She said 2500 to 3000 and out 13 to 14 and maybe 1 day during the week because alot is coming or going out of Texas.

Since she has several trucks leased into Dart..yes..I would say it is legit. You will probably receive your paycheck directly from Dart.

I guess they pay her like ( just guessing) 90cents a mile and she pays me 35 a mile they cut here a check for her share and one for mine?

No, you would get paid by the owner of the truck. Dart has to keep information on you because it is their authority.

If she is getting $0.90 per mile, and is giving you $0.35, I would be concerned that she wouldn't be able to afford to pay you.

See thats the two things that bother me is not getting paid and is Dart running my MVR etc.... or just personal stuff? I dont know what she gets paid I was guessing.

They'll run your MVR, DAC, do a drug screen, etc. They will get your logs as well.

Save yourself some guessing and wrong information..check the website and give them a call at the Dallas office. When I talked with Dart in 05..Dart was cutting the paycheck, while I would have been driving a truck owned by one of the fleet operators.
